B: 1/2 strength chike with SF torani and almond milk; also a BCAA drink I'm trying out which amped me the hell up for spin class. Unfortunately went to the wrong gym so there was no spin class and I had to improvise.
S: skipped bc of fast (still trying to figure out how to fast post-VSG)
L: 2 scoops of syntrax nectar
D: grilled garlic shrimp and a piece of eggplant if I have room
W: 6

E: 20 minutes on the spin bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical. no time for strength today :-/ Hoping to hit 10k on the fitbit, I've been so close but too tired to care the last several days.

Exercise: 45 minutes low impact aerobics, 30 minutes brisk neighborhood walk.
