Whatcha eating today VSGers? Friday...
Good morning on Good Friday!! Today I am attempting to fast in observance of this holy day. Not sure how it will go. What "I" will do is limit my meals and NOT hit my normal calories, but through supplementation hit my 60g protein goal. I haven't pooped in a couple days, NOT my norm so I'm adding benefiber to everything!!

S: Almond Milk
L: Tuna; Spinach Salad
S: Crystal Light; Benefiber
D: Salmon; Lettuce Salad
Water: 9/12
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 5,000 steps (knee hurts to much for yoga)

S: iced coconut mocha coffee with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder and unsweetened almond milk
S: hard boiled egg or dannon light n fit Greek yogurt
D: 1/2 spinach feta chicken sausage with zucchini, onion, feta

I have a belly-dancing party to go to tonight. I might need to borrow a belly. :)
We are invited to a Persian feast at a friend's house tonight so I have no idea what I am eating for dinner. My guess is some kind of grilled meat and veggies. I am balancing this out with eating really light the rest of the day.
