Whatcha eating today VSGers? Saturday...
I have a very few that I keep around for emergencies only because I got sick feeling once when I got caught w/o any protein, didn't want to cheat, and so I got that low blood sugar feeling. But they really aren't on my plan right now so I don't mess with them much. I don't know how I'll feel about them when I'm in maintenance. I like them a little too much...and I really don't want any food to have that much power over me...so I may never safely be able to go there on a more regular basis.
haha I hear you on meat and veggies but I'm so new to this they haven't gotten old for me yet. I'm actually still finding it a fun challenge to figure out new meats to serve that work great for me but the family loves too. More playing w/ seasoning rather than sauces.
I would NEVER be able to have a box of those things around! haha I bow to your superior will-power!
