I have NO clue what my "meals" will be today (NOT good but not BAD either).  I have good nutritious food in the house it's just a matter of cooking.  Right now I'm on the computer, mentally planning my meals and grocery list for next week.  It'll go from mental to physical in a moment.  Luckily I had some things planned for dinner this week that I didn't eat, so that will now be lunch for 3 out of the 4 days I work.

B:  Bacon; Coffee
S:  ??
L:  Bratwurst; lettuce; mayo
S:  ??
D:  Chicken Masala over kelp noodles

Water:  8/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  TBD

Hey sistah Shelly, the weather is horrible again... Cold and snowing...

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 med multi grain bagel....

Oh today is a gorgeous day in Chicago.  I'm heading out to a picnic at a friends softball game to enjoy the spring weather.  My meals are a bit uncertain today, just b/c I have too many tasty recipes in the fridge!  

B - chike

S - string cheese, clementine, unjury shake (I ripped it up at the gym!)

L - greek yogurt w/ strawberries, almonds (portable for our picnic)

S - chicken meatballs w/ carrots

D - either chicken divan or green curry chicken

S - not sure :)

E - killed it!  full body lift (increased my weights), HIIT sprints

W - on track

V - soon

L:   Soup-  Kale, loose leaf long spinach, green beans, oyster mushrooms, chicken broth, garlic, tumeric, hint/dabble of chinese chili paste, kim chi cabbage, lemon, Shrimp

D:  More soup   

Snacks:  Organic OJ  & another protein if needed. ( i am craving oysters in a can - Co-Q10) I am also craving

vitamin C

 

** Cant take my vitamins since I am close to surgery per doctors orders.
