Whatcha eating today VSGers? Saturday...
I have NO clue what my "meals" will be today (NOT good but not BAD either). I have good nutritious food in the house it's just a matter of cooking. Right now I'm on the computer, mentally planning my meals and grocery list for next week. It'll go from mental to physical in a moment. Luckily I had some things planned for dinner this week that I didn't eat, so that will now be lunch for 3 out of the 4 days I work.

Oh today is a gorgeous day in Chicago. I'm heading out to a picnic at a friends softball game to enjoy the spring weather. My meals are a bit uncertain today, just b/c I have too many tasty recipes in the fridge!

S - string cheese, clementine, unjury shake (I ripped it up at the gym!)
L - greek yogurt w/ strawberries, almonds (portable for our picnic)
S - chicken meatballs w/ carrots
D - either chicken divan or green curry chicken
S - not sure :)
E - killed it! full body lift (increased my weights), HIIT sprints
W - on track
