Hey friend I have thought of you many times lately wondering if all is well...Life certainly throws obstacles at us and our weight will always present a challenge.  I am hanging pretty steady with about a 3-5 swing which my doc says is normal.  All is good, missing your posts and glad things are OK.  Take care keep in touch
