Been away for awhile. It was nice. I needed the break to focus on just me. I have been in a long term stall that is finally moving...I hope, lol! My doctor did my 1 year follow up and said it was all good. 

B-premier protein strawberry

S-cheese n crackers & roasted edamame

L-paleo burbon chicken

S-if needed another protein shake

D-i have no idea. Maybe scrambled eggs

E-yes 2-3 miles. Walking

V-no. All blood work is good without them..yay!

My patience and sleep is really being tested by these awful neighbors of mine.  UGH.  No sleep = cranky Danielle

B: nothing, woke up late, was late to work UGH UGH UGH

Hello everyone, happy Monday!!!

B:oatmeal

S: greek yogurt w/half a pear

L: 1slice pastrami, 1 slice prosciutto, some spaghetti squash

S: WLS friendly cake (got recipe from eggface's blog, thank you!!!) high protein chocolate rasberry cake was great

D: shrimp with quinoa

 

No exercise for me, herniated disc

Water: getting enough

V: only 2 ca left
