I took my tub of Click Mocha home 2 weeks ago cuz I wasnt drinking it at work ... now I want it at work! 

The Vanilla flavor is good too, tastes more like the Chike since it's more creamy.  :)

I missed this post yesterday, but didn't know if I was allowed to make it when no one else did :P

I really screwed up my timing today by loving bed a bit too long this morning.  Which meant I got to the gym later.  Which means everything is all badly timed.  I'm working on getting my meals up to 3 ounces and I've split my shake snack into two to compensate.  Once I can have all my meals at 3 ounces, I'll cut out the snack entirely and just put benefiber and miralax into my water.  And we'll see how I do on three meals a day with no snacks - which is what my surgeon and NUT want.  

S: 1/2 protein shake with 2T Benefiber and 1T Miralax
B: 3 ounces eggs+avocado, pureed (I'm getting tired of this, so I'm glad it's almost finished.)
S: 1/2 protein shake above
L: ???
D: 3 ounces sloppy joes, pureed


Vits: 1 of 4
Water: Working on it
Exercise: 50 minutes on treadmill at 2mph

I really love reading what everyone is eating, and getting to share my plan as well.  So I'm glad you post them :D  (But maybe I will, once in a blue moon, on days you don't.)

L: 4 oz chicken w/ 1/4 cup gravy...split in 2 meaning 2 oz now...2 oz in an hour or so..

S: maybe a Greek maybe nothing

D: crock pot balsamic chicken w/side of broccoli YUM!!!!!!!

S: either Greek or another protein tea..

That crock pot balsamic chicken sounds yummy.  Can you share the recipe?  Post sleeve, my taste  buds go wild for anything balsamic.   I make a cucumber salad with yogurt and balsamic vinegar, dill and artificial sweetener that is like a desert to me.  What a hoot!   Who would have guessed!
