Good morning everyone!  I am home for a blip and then off on a crazy business trip week (PA, TN, FL, LA), so i am getting in my home cooked food while I can -- and cleaning out my fridge.

B - chike

L - leftover thai (chashew chicken & green curry)

D - chicken buffalo meatballs w/ carrots

S - cheese stick or yogurt (on plane)

S - pistachios

E - 750 m swim + spin class

W - on track

V - soon

 

I moved my meals up, so I could eat real food rather than try to make a solid meal on the plane.  Will just snack a bit in the evening.

Good morning,

 

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/1 tsp SF Torani syrup

L: 4 oz Chicken breast, cucumber slices w/2 tsp ranch dressing

S: Cheese stick, 1 pack cinnamon almonds

D: 4 oz Elk steak, 1/2 cup baby peas

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 min strength/weight training & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

 

Cal: 863           Carb: 26           Protein: 106             Fat: 37

Hi Ms. Shell!  Caramel Click?  Lord ... that sounds heavenly!!!  Is that new?

I was away on vacay & had a fabulous time ... as you know. 

No stellar eating ... not even close.  Back on the chain gang today!

B: nothing, just iced coffee

S: nothing ... my older sister just texted me that she was pregnant!  She's 44 years old & she almost gave me a heart attack!  Turns out, it was a pre-April Fool's joke but I'm not laughing.  She owes me a Fairy Garden!!!!  Dammit boy!  She killed my appetite.  How in the frig does that happen?!  I need to get scared more often!!!

L: not sure ... lunch with my  but something VSG-friendly!

S: not sure & my tummy hurts now ... boooooo!!!

D: White chicken chili

I'm glad to be back.  I hate to admit this but I didn't really miss OH.  I even debated coming back on the board so soon.  I wasn't even lurking last week, it was kinda nice ... just livin' life but I know I need this board and all the support it gives.  All my friends make me want to keep my head in the game!

I hope so!  Not sure if I will be in Texas/Vacation at that particular time in August.  I hope it works out.  I would love too ... and this time, spend more time with all of you!!!
