It's raining here today...I've got laundry and cleaning to do today, my least favorite things :(
B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk
L: 1/2 cup cottage cheeses/4 cherry tomatoes
S: Cheese stick, 1 pack cinnamon almonds
D: 4 oz Sirloin steak, 1 cup grilled veggies
S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

B- Pro Star Nutrion Vanilla Protein Shake blended with ice and instant coffee, a dollop of hand whipped heavy cream and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate sauce.
S/L One whole bag Dukes Chili or Spicy (can't remember) Beef Jerky.
D- One seasoned and baked skinless chicken breast, with broccoli rabe sautéed, mushrooms, red pepper flakes and garlic sautéed in extra virgin olive oil.
Water: Over 8 glasses
Vitamins: Still need to take a set of calcium pills
Exercise: Worked most of the day only exercise I got was walking the aisles of the supermarket
It's gross and rainy here, but my weekend is shaping up to be a nice one. I finally got to do laundry post-op (exciting, eh?) which was nice. I've been missing my routines and taking care of my home. Today I saw Noah and tomorrow I'll see the Muppet movie. Tonight I'm going to a music event hosted by my voice teacher that should be exciting. Tomorrow I'll go grocery shopping for the first time in March! :D

L: 2 ouncesChicken Sancoche, pureed
D: 2 ounces Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken, pureed (There will be hor d'ouevres at the event tonight, but unless there is hummus I won't be able to eat anything.) Edit: actually there were small fresh mozzarella balls. So I had three and puréed them with my mouth. Also a teaspoon sized piece of avocado from my partner's sandwich. Yum.
S: Protein shake, 1T Benefiber
