Good morning I'm off today woot woot.  Off to see my dad bowl and who knows what the day will bring.  I know it'll involve seafood since it's Lent!!

D:  Shrimp Curry w/kelp noodles

Liquids for me!  

16 ounces protein shake (48 g protein)

32 ounces diluted CL

1-2 cups of soup

1-2 SF popsicles

11 ounces RTD protein (30g protein)

 

Yesterday I walked a mile and my body is unhappy today.  I'm either going to take a day off today or just walk 1/2 mile.

Breakfast - chicken florentine

Lunch - meatballs and grated cheese with cucumbers in yogurt sauce

Dinner - pork chop with mushrooms and mixed veggies

vitamins - done

water - 3 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike - not done yet...

B: nothing but coffee eek!  Slow start this morning

L: roast beef with cheddar cheese (deli sliced) rolled up and some corn/tomato soup

S: some skinny pop

D: hubby wants chinese take out.  I'll order steamed chicken and veggies, no sauce.  I mix a little soy sauce and sriracha and it tastes yummo!

Fluid: need more

X: rest night

Another sunny day here and it looks like it's here for the weekend at least, so I'm going to try to get a hike in this weekend...if I can talk the DH into going with me :)

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-7 oz Greek yogurt w/1 tsp SF Torani syrup

L: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

S: Cheese stick

D: 4 1/2 oz shrimp w/1 tbsp ****tail sauce & 1/2 cup baked broccoli

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 min strength/weight training & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

D: going to The Original Fish Company.  Hope it's good, I've never been there before.

I need to drink water, I've only dran****d coffee so far!

If you're going there, stay away from the clam chowder.  It's divine.

They used to have great fish, but I haven't been there in a long time.
