My goal today is to drink at last 64oz of water. I have been slacking I guess you can't drink and sleep so since I'm up today must get 64oz. I think I'm up for a workout too...we shall see...

B: Coffee; 1/2 protein bar
S: 2 slices turkey bacon; boiled egg
L: Chicken stirfry
S: ??
D: Tuna

Water: 5/8
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: TBD

As I contemplate how much lower I'd like to set my next goal...

B:  Omelet with egg beaters, 7gms. low fat cheese & sauteed spinach with 1 oz turkey smoked sausage

L:  1/2 cup garbanzo bean soup 

S:  Quest double chocolate chunk bar

D: Houlihan's with the WLS support group...probably shrimp or salmon

B: Click Mocha protein coffee

S:  Starbuck's grande Skinny Peppermint Mocha

L:  Starkist Tuna salad pouch & Sargento's string cheese

S:  Fun Size Heath bar

D:  1/2 slice of ham steak, slice of cheese & whole wheat toast

S:  mini ice cream sandwich

Water:  100oz+!!

Vitamins:  Check!!

L - chicken garlic sausage from Trader Joe's (yumm!)

S - protein shake

D - philly cheese steak stuff bell pepper (a recipe I "think" I picked up from here)

Exercise:  need to hit the treadmill when I get home

Water & Vits: all OK

D: shrimp of some sort-just have to decide which recipe to use 

S: veggies and hummus

vits: good

water: 50 oz so far

exercise: skipped to go to the movies but maybe I'll walk later

Breakfast-Chicken breast & raw carrots

Snack-Dannon Light and Fit Banana Cream Greek Yogurt

Lunch-2 Hard boiled eggs

Dinner-Home made Beef vegetable soup

Snack-SF Chocolate pudding, mixed with; 1T whipped cream cheese, 1t truvia and 1/4 scoop of mint chocolate chip Syntrax Matrix protein powder-YUM!

Still a work in progress on getting in 80 ounces of fluids!
