D: Houlihan's with the WLS support group...probably shrimp or salmon

Snack-SF Chocolate pudding, mixed with; 1T whipped cream cheese, 1t truvia and 1/4 scoop of mint chocolate chip Syntrax Matrix protein powder-YUM!
Still a work in progress on getting in 80 ounces of fluids!
