I know I would not eat as much after I have the sleeve, and the recipe is definitely tweak able. I'm still new, not sleeved yet, so I am learning all I can!

If a recipe has nearly twice as much fat as it does protein, is it really worth eating? Especially when it is mostly saturated fat...

Lots of opportunity to make this healthier, low fat and still high in protein. Such as...substituting all or some of the eggs with Eggbeaters, low-fat cream cheese instead of full fat, and turkey or vegetarian (soy) sausage. I  discussed saturated fats with my NUT the other day and YES too much does indeed cause clogged arteries and heart pblms. You can get in good protein with less saturated fat.

Keep your dreams alive. All things are possible for those who believe.
