I don't think I have posted a "breakfast" recipe before, but this caught my eye and I thought "what a great dinner!"

That looks so good.  I looked up the recipe for the cream cheese pancakes that the lasagna recipe calls for and that looks really yummy too.  Thanks for posting.

Is that much fat and calories good for one piece of food? (551 calories, 47g fat,) It does look tasty, but not necessarily healthy :-(

Actually if you really LOOK at the recipe the average VSGer would not be able to consume 1/4 of the recipe.  More like 1/8 so then the calories and fat would be cut in half.  Also it's a recipe that can be adjusted to suit each persons needs.  I probably wouldn't use 12 pancakes.  I would actually just use 2 pancakes, 1 egg, 1oz cheese, couple sausages (or bacon or turkey bacon)

If you are going based on the stats in the recipe, that is probably for a normal sized slice. I doubt any of use with VSG could eat that, probably half or 1/4 of that piece.

You have to look at the recipe and figure out if it all works in your plan and make changes accordingly. I would probably not make the cream cheese pancakes but might add a layer of some other cheese.

had to try the pancakes, made them at lunch, the are good for a wrap, Had one with 1.5 oz. honey ham, and a little mayo, not to bad. going to do a breakfast sand. tomorrow. 1 pancake is enough for a wrap.
