L: salad w/ chicken

S: maybe a cheese stick

D: leftover flounder piccata w/ green beans

S: turkey pepperoni crisps and 1 oz cheddar cheese

exercise: walked 4 miles

D:  baked catfish

E:  strength and stretch class at pool

D:  sole stuffed with crab and shrimp in lemon sauce 

S:  If I am sill hungry late, I will have a cucumber salad

Exercise:  I am supposed to go on a long run.....but I am not sure I am up to it today.
