LOL  So funny!  Then he runs off with the bowl tucked under his arm.  I yell after him, I own the money and you can't get another bag of popcorn unless I can have another lick.  LOL

I felt like that too and I have never been much of a sweets person.....made some black bean brownies...froze them and have eaten maybe 2 since.(i made them really thin...and froze them into bitesize pieces...but it satisfied the craving....i also got the kiddy size of frozen yogurt during a few of the hot days we have had lately.

Black Bean Brownies are so good! That's a good idea. I have a cake pop maker.... I'm gonna try the black bean brownie batter in the mold... perfect size!

Yeah, I hear you. Cookies are my downfall. Sad, but true. Take it from me, it's just not worth it!

I too, quite often, want a cookie.  Wanting a cookie is OK, eating the cookie is where the problems come in.  :)  You can find strength to leave the cookie for your enemies while you keep losing weight and finding your health.  It's tough, I get it, and sometimes I too just eat the cookie now that I am in maintenance, in weight loss, I would not do it.

Meee too!! I was a MASSIVE sweet-eater before surgery and part of the reason I havent touched it yet (except SF popsicles) is because Ive heard once you do, the suger addiction comes back strong.  Same for carbs, tho its nearly impossible to avoid them.  Stay strong!  If you get a craving try some sweet fruit like a banana. Might help fend it off till the craving is gone.

For two days I was jonesing for savory cornbread.  Running the recipe through MFP massively cured me of that, however.

In maintenance, I FIND ways to EAT THE COOKIE! :) Just keeping it real. I weigh everyday and make sure to eat protein first always...and things that aren't that major to me anymore like bread and other carb heavy things don't make up my daily diet so it seems like I can be ok with that. If I find that making my sweet tooth fit into my plan is no longer working, I will immediately go back to basics. However, I also try to supplement more healthier choices when my sweet tooth just gets way out of hand. For example, when I crave my cheesecake or giant piece of chocolate cake with fudge icing more than, say, once a month, I'll go for the sugar free chocolate fudge or cheesecake pudding, or even whip up a serving of PB2 using some almond milk and spread on a piece of P28 bread so I won't go get the cake!
