Congratulations on a fabulous year! The VSG is truly a life changing surgery and you have done wonderfully! That first year really does fly by, and even this second year is almost over for me! The second year has been even better than the first for me, because I have maintained my weight for a full year now since 10/12. I know I can do it now and have full faith in my abilities as long as I never forget where I came from and never get complacent. You are a success! Embrace it and celebrate however you see fit!
