One year has gone by sooo FAST
And the rest of my life is yet to come! Exciting! I don't know where to start. One year ago this morning I had VSG and it has changed my life dramatically for the better. I can't begin to number the NSVs and SVs. They are similar to all of yours and yet they are uniquely mine. I am still learning new things about myself and about my relationship with food every single day. Thank you to all of you here and on MFP who are a support to me. If I am even a fraction as supportive to you as you are to me, then I am successful. This day deserves special celebration, but I still have not decided how I will celebrate. It will have nothing to do with food, that I can guarantee! I am open for suggestions. What did some of you do to commemorate your first surgiversary?
I love ya'll and wish you all the joy and happiness in the world. Thanks for being here with me throughout this journey.
Congrats on your fantastic year!!!

Celebrate by doing something you couldn't or hated to do a year ago! Shop for some new clothes maybe?
