at goal............the last 10 are hard but "I'm not crying about it".  September 29th will be 2 years but I have no reasons to wait since I do not plan on changing too much of anything besides "loading up on my protein" and continuing to exercise and eat right.  I put a few recent pictures on my profile.

I hope everyone has a happy happy Monday!

You look Great!

For me, the last 10 lbs were a *****  Until I gave up and said **** it.  I upped my calories 200 per day and they fell off.

I don't think it was the extra calories, I think it was the mental effect of de-stressing over it.  I had built up such expectation of "GOAL" and didn't quite know what it meant.  I really think that anticipation and stress was holding me back.

Now I believe that Goal is not a number on the scale but a mental and emotional place.  Its a place where we are physically and emotionally healthy and happy.  Its a place where we can live the rest of our lives and enjoy them.

Sorry to get all zen.  Enjoy your success and enjoy all that you have worked so hard for.

I'm in the same boat but I feel great and have been maintaining and not gaining since my loss so I believe it will happen for me and you too. As long as I am not gaining I am grateful, happy and I know my sleeve works.
