Love it but here in So Cal it's a winter veg so can only get it from Nov-March really but i love it. It makes so much though. Made a delish carbonara with it, had it for weeks.
Looks great! Spaghetti squash is one of my favorites! I recently baked a large one and froze some it cooked. It is still great thawed and reheated too....maybe a little watery, but still good!
