Tried this new recipe last night... The family loved it!!! So much healthier then pasta!!!

Looks really good. I never had spaghetti squash before, but I did have spaghetti with meat sauce let alone spaghetti with marinara sauce let alone spaghetti with alfredo sauce.

Highest Weight: 565 pounds (around 1999), Highest BMI: 94

Pre-op Weight: 476.40 pounds (2 weeks before {05/25/2010} VSG surgery), Pre-op BMI: 79.3

My first try with Spaghetti Squash didn't  turn out so well..........This looks good.... I'm gonna have to give it another go !

I didn't have success the first time either, but every time since has been good. This last time I baked mine whole in the oven for one hour at 350 degrees. It was much easier to cut and super tender too. I am sure you would love it once you get the prep the way you want.
