Beautifully said.  I also like how Elina was so committed in weight loss, and had a zero tolerance stance when it came to sugar/carbs. Love y'all!

What I plan never to eat again:  white breads of all varieties, white rice, crackers, popcorn, croutons, pretzels, corn chips, tortillas, pizza crust, French fries, pie crust, fried/breaded foods, mashed white potatoes, donuts, snack cakes, pasta, almost all desserts, candy, cereal.  Most of those are trigger foods for me or are so low nutritionally that I don't want to waste calories or sleeve space on them.

There are things I wouldn't eat preop which I certainly won't eat now, like carnival-type food, corn, lima beans.

What I may try sometime in maintenance:  sweet potatoes, brown rice, fresh peaches, strawberries, fresh pineapple, frozen or homemade meatballs, fat-free frozen yogurt, Greek yogurt with fruit, quinoa, sauteed mushrooms, regular cheeses, pork ribs w/o sauce, true whole-grain bread, reduced-fat cream cheese, nuts.  These will be on a trial basis as I learn if they trigger me and/or if my sleeve tolerates them.

Since I consider this my very last chance at vital weight loss and maintaining that loss, I take this very seriously, and I tread very cautiously.

Not that I know of.  I just haven't been eating them so that I can get my proteins, greens and very limited carbs in.  :)

Doritos.....I can't eat just one.  That whole "moderation" stuff is great if you can do it, but I'm 45 years old and I know myself and it doesn't exist in my life when it comes to certain foods.  Chips is one of them.

I am not going to say never but RARELY... fast food.  I've been at goal for about 6 years now and fast food is just sooooo bad for you, I rarely eat the stuff.

Pork rinds. I have never in my life had one and I am pretty sure I never will.

Also anchovies. Though I might try one once. I always say I'll eat anything... once. But so far I haven't had anchovies and I doubt I will either.

In my case my trigger binge foods that I have not has for over a year are:

Processed Snack foods (the perfect blend of sugar, salt, fat and chemicals)
Pizza
McDonalds, Burger King

And because our program says their abstinence increases success:

Carbonated beverages (including beer)
