More's the point is that you keep learning about yourself. And you are working toward the finished project. But, aren't we all works in progress? Should there be a "finish line?"
Could it be that those 10 pounds are muscle? Sure looks like that might be the case.............
Keep at it, my friend............you're showing us the best way to deal with these issues.

hey Ree! Sure a little might be muscle. That wouldn't surprise me, but I know I'm a bit thicker in the waist than I was. I have revised my goal range to be in a narrower range and that should help me stay the path once I'm there again. I honestly am enjoying being in WL mode again. It does make life simpler on the food front for me, that's for sure. LOL!
Happy Birthday! (Yup, a bit more than a week early, but what the heck, right?)
Holy crap!! Now that's how you rock WLS - good googily moogily!! You look AHmazing!!
I'm pretty new to these boards, but I love reading your posts (no matter the topic) and have enjoyed reading about your journey, your triumphs and your struggles. Just from what I've learned of you through lurking, it appears that your outside has finally caught up with your beautiful soul!! Congratulations on taking control and for showing us all how it looks when you keep it real!!
Thank you so much for your kind words. That means a great deal to me - especially since you're new to the boards. I got so much from OH early out that I am committed to giving back. Frankly, I still think I get way more than I give. I see that you are still early out in your journey. If there is ever anything I can do to be of help, don't hesitate to let me know.
Good wishes!
