What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Thursday!
I have support group tonight so no work out for me.
I did talk to the trainer I mentioned yesterday. She is actually moving at the end of the month but I am going to do 6 sessions with her before she leaves. She will build a work out plan for me. Teach me how to vary it up and when to change weights. I am SO excited. We start on Saturday!
Today, the dreaded Hill intervals.
1. Warmup - 20-30 minutes
2. 5 hill climbs of 3 minutes each at VO2 max power, 3 minute recovery in between
3. 20 minutes at Tempo power
4. cool down
