Love it!  I want to be a lazy slug most days and lay about on my couch reading and eating gourmet cupcakes, but I always feel better and thinner after a workout :)

Kettlebells is my workout.  I've never attended a Thursday class, so we shall see what evil is in store for me.  My NSV is that although the scale is bumming me out, my waist is 26.5 inches.  Woot woot!  The exercise is obviously burning fat, yup, I'll just go with that instead of taking a baseball bat to the scale.

No gain is as good as a loss if you are exercising. Otherwise nothing is happening.

I'm in the same boat...I want to kick the scale to curb ****ep gaining and losing the same 3 lbs), but I have a 28 inch waist, 37 inch hips, and toned arms...I'm good!

Bar Method class tonight and then taking a 2 day rest...

But I want the scale move! Wahhhhh! ;) I really can't complain either. I've never looked this good except I'm covered in bruises from the bag or banging myself with kettle bells. Bruises are sexy, right?!
