Hi Candy!
The post is magnificent! Exactly what needs to be put out there and you did it extremely well.
I'm so very happy for your successes and accomplishments. I've followed your story since I was a "lurker" here back in May of 20112 and knew you were one of the people who knew how to get things done. You've been honest and forthright throughout this process and you may never know how much you helped so many of us. Thank you!
You are going to be a star in maintenance just like you are a star in weight loss. Please keep posting so we can follow you as you do plastics when the time comes.
Many hugs,

Hot damn, girl, you rock! Congratulations on all your hard work. You look amazing and are such an inspiration. When I get to goal I told my husband I want him to carry me across the threshold of our house since I was too heavy as a new bride. I promise to one day post that picture! We will be married 21 years in December so hopefully I can get to goal by then.

You are amazing and you are honest and real! You have taken one of the most intelligent approaches to weight loss I've ever seen. I've never seen someone frequently go into "maintenance" for a week or two during weight loss just to give themselves time to gather momentum or collect their thoughts or take a break or what have you. I think that was one of the most intelligent things I've read about on here, especially considering you had a long road to reaching your ultimate goal. You have lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of insight into yourself and your emotions and I think that is amazing. I think you have the ultimate tool in this journey, the tool of emotional management. Your discussions of therapy are spot-on for a journey like this. It's a head game to lose weight and maintain it, not just an "appetite reduction and stomach reduction" journey. It's a complete overhaul for body and mind.
CONGRATULATIONS ON A JOB VERY WELL DONE! You inspire me and everyone else, I'm sure, on this board!
