Nausea and slimeys... 2 years out... (whine)
Not looking for advice, just need to vent for a second. I should know better but sometimes I can down them with no trouble, but I'm sitting here with waves of nausea and sliming because I took my vitamins too fast. ARGH!!!
I forgot to take them earlier so I wanted to get them down so I could go to bed. So, now I'm sitting here waiting on it to pass. Grrrrr. Darn sleeve works too well sometimes!

I usually take them before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner. I just forgot because I was out with friends and came home and did other stuff.
Eh, I dunno. I don't eat for at least an hour in the morning. I have to get my coffee down and wake up enough to think about food. LOL! I rarely get nauseated, thank goodness.
That sucked, it was gone after 20 minutes, but ugh!

I'm only a few months out but I've definitely noticed that my stomach seems to think it needs a nice long time to wake up before I ask anything extravagant of it, like allowing me to swallow my vitamins or protein shake. Fussy, fussy tummy.
I have a basement but don't dwell in it full time.
Really? Wow. You have some sort of powerful awesome sleeve!!!! Wild that that would happen at 2 years out.
Must be going around tonight though. We went to dinner at an Indian place and Ron says to me after dinner, "Why did you eat so little?" My reply, "I was full - I couldn't eat anymore - seriously!" I don't think he believed me at first but when I refused a bite of his frozen yogurt he knew I wasn't kidding. He was like, "Wow!" I'm thinking, cool......
I know. It's good, but annoying at the same time. I was taking those horse pill calcium too fast. I know that's what it was. Grrrr. A few months ago, it happened with freaking cottage cheese though. I was bolting it down to get out the door.
Oh well, lesson learned. Again.
I have days like that too though where I'm SO full after just a small amount. I wi**** would stop changing the rules.

Sleeved 6/12/13 - 100 pounds lost to get to goal!
Thanks for the thought. I doubt it. Both times, and it's really not often at all, it was because I was rushing. My sleeve is a little temperamental about me hurrying. It likes to take its time. I'll definitely see my surgeon though if it happens more often!
