I am sorry to hear about your RL loss.  I hope you are taking it easy on yourself and not beating yourself up for this natural slip.  I am also heartened to read that you are getting back to your program.  If there is anything we can do to help you and support you, please let us know.  Hugs to you and yours.

Big hugs. I'm very sorry for your loss. I think, in some ways, this is normal. For those of us that used food for comfort, there's no switch to make that change. You recognize it, you accept it, you work on getting back on track. ((HUGS))
