I've been on my "dramatic" death bed since last week. I just barely got back to work!! I'll start the thread up next week =)

S: Coffee; 1/2 Apple Pie Quest
L: Spaghetti Squash; Meat Sauce
S: Boiled Egg; Carb Master
D: Chicken Curry; Salad
Water: 9/12
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Still on the sick and injured list
NEXT...
B: BA vanilla 1.5 scoops, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 T PB2
S: Coffee, 1 T red fat 1/2 and 1/2, 1 splenda
L: 1.5 grilled chicken thighs (from last night...they were yummo!), 1 C romaine, 1 T light done right parm/pepp
S: EAS Advantedge protein shake
D: Pork chops and asparagus
V: Done
W: 65 so far
X: Regular Zumba class tonight...love it!
B: coffee and quest protein bar
L: 1 chicken sausage, tried to eat bean threads as mac and cheese, nope didn't like it
D: protein shake with crystal light apple flavor

Not a great eating day. Daughter's college orientation, intended to bring snacks but I forgot them , had to eat not satisfying stuff from convenience store
B scrambled egg with green onions, peppers, smoked turkey
s beef jerky sort of icky
L taco meat on veggies in dining hall, boy did that slide right through.
S beef stick and cheese stick icky
S fuzzy navel protein with strawberries blended in (best thing I ate all day)
D zucchini/peppers/tomatoes and left over pork .
EXercise no,, vites yes,fluids will get there, protein 104 carbs 24 calories 932
guess the numbers don't look so bad for as unappetizing as half the day was.

B: Soy Latte, then about an hour later 2 oz. Costco Chicken breast and 1 slice WW bread
S: 1/2 cup watermelon
L: 1/3 c. edamame, 1/4 c. show peas, 2 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 c. mandarin oranges packed in Splenda (yum!), 2 T. sliced almonds, 1 T. Newmann's Lite Ginger dressing
S: 2 cups microwave popcorn
D: 3 meatballs in teriyaki pineapple glaze, 1/2 c. mixed melon, strawberries, and pineapple, 12 potato chips and 2 T. maui onion dip, 1-2 Tacky Tiki ****tails
S: 1/2 C. fat free greek yogurt
This is one my treat days this week. I'm hosting a Tacky Tiki party this evening.
