Where is Ms. Shell???  She's M.I.A.   Maybe having too much fun???

I fell asleep on my sofa last night in my day clothes from yesterday last night around 10pm.  I guess I was tired???  lol

Hope everyone is having a fantastic Thursday!!!

B: Iced Coffee

S: none

L: Carne Asada, Jack Cheese, Cilantro

S: Quest Protein Bar

D: Chicken Thigh & some veggies

Honestly since I haven't eaten yet today, I'm sure I will have another snack in the evening ... maybe a WW smoked string cheese with a chicken leg.  Yum!

Water & Vits are going good!

Lord I am TIRED today, not sure why.  But it is a happy day because my house guest is FINALLY leaving after 2 1/2 weeks, today is my Friday, and tomorrow I'm traveling to CT to watch one of my best friends get married!  Yippee!

B: half a multigrain fiber one muffin with peanut butter

L: had a work lunch, ordered an arugula and grilled chicken salad

S: treating myself to an iced hazelnut (skinny of course) macchiato from starbucks.  YUM.

D: don't know yet!  Heading to my mom's tonight because I have my second RTR dress going to her house and I have to pick it up.  I will eat whatever she serves! haha

S: SF popsicles

I am hungry as hell today. Keeping it healthy but may go over on calories

B: grilled chicken sausage hot off the grill this morning-Yum

S: protein hot chocolate, and roasted almonds

L: homemade soup and watermelon

S: yoplait greek 100 calorie key lime yogurt-this is the yummiest yogurt flavor right now for me. Only problem is I could eat 3 of them. They taste as good as a dessert honestly. Ate 2 graham crackers also. Don't know whats wrong with me

D: another chicken sausage and homemade tomato, feta, basil and cuke salad

Water 6/12 in   Vits in     Jazzercising tonight

I'm 15 days out and supposed to be on mushies, but I still can't get myself to eat anything.

B- I forced myself to eat 4 oz of Greek yogurt

S - none

L- more yogurt?

S- none

D- a shake or more yogurt.

Water is fine, working on Vits.

Anyone experience anti-hunger?  It's so weird!

Nursing a knot in my back today.  So painful, even when taking a deep breath.   Me needs a massage!!!!
