First of all, you're very lovely and so cheerful! You are one of the people I always click on to read on the forum. I love your positivity and great attitude. When I first came to OH VSG forum, I was instantly smiling when I read your posts and your great attitude. Your warmth exudes even in your writing on here, so I'm sure it's like that in person. You always make me smile. Your a true asset to us here and an asset to anyone who is lucky enough to know you. You're right, the VSG is always there to help us out when we get off track. We just have to choose to get back on track. You've already got some of that regain off! Good for you! Don't beat yourself up. It's true, we're only human and we have to forgive ourselves for our mistakes and move on with a clean slate. Big hugs going your way. You are amazing!!

Thanks for posting this, I needed to hear  this. I t has been four months for me and some off program items have past my lips. It is such a slippery slope. You can say, just this one item, and you know as well as I how the rest of the story goes. You are an inspiration thanks again.
