You look great... Small and tiny are words that I might choose. Thanks for all of your posts and your personality. All of us can lose weight. That is the easy part...it is keepen' it off that seems to get us. I hope to be as successful as you in 2 years! Good luck on the last 10!

I got comfy & decided that I wanted to eat crap ... that I spent the past year depriving myself.  Then I realized that I needed to screw my head back on ... that's its not all about deprivation anymore & that I need to refocus & rethink.  I have more important things to enjoy than food all the time.
