Get your heads out of the gutter.

2 years ago I would have never been able to remove the carpet and padding from a room, cut it into strips even to make it removal easier.

So yeah... that's what I'm doing this weekend... redoing my girl's room with new paint, wood floors :)

What did YOU do on your Friday night?

see now.. I really like this picture.  Just because you can, which is totally awesome, does not mean that you have to.  I see you behind the camera in a "supervisory" roll (LOL) Look at your husband go! hahaha... seriously though I was on my hands and knees earlier cleaning the tub for our move out.  I look forward to the day it does not hurt. :) (and no longer smelling like vinegar)

Yup. My job was to cut the carpet into strips (after doing it half way across the room so it would be managable). My daughter was in charge of rolling up the pieces and throwing them out and getting up the padding. Hubby got the worst job... taking up the tack strips. Yikes!
