I am willing to bet you have slacked off on consuming water. Sounds like water retention to me. Two things to do. First you need to be drinking at least 100oz of water each day. Second, try increasing your healthy fats by 10-15g each day. You will see that scale move down and actually in a day of drinking the water you will see those 5lbs gone for sure.
