looking for a recipe that was posted a few weeks ago, I think it was called brownie in a mug
A few weeks ago, I think someone posted a recipe and photo of a microwave brownie cake in a mug. It was shown with whipped cream/ice cream on top. I forgot to copy that recipe and would love to have it again. I'm thinking this would be a useful to make in ramekins for gatherings where dessert is expected. I also have a neighbor who is diabetic and he loves it when I try recipes that work for DH & I and then share with him. If anyone has this recipe, please let me have it.
Thanks
I didnt see it but here are some recipes:

I couldn't find on this site either. I did find a 200 calorie mug brownie that uses all purpose flour. I guess you could substitute almond flour? Or what would be another substitute for AP flour? Other than that do the ingredients look to be compliant?

3 tbs dry mix
2 tbs water, mix well
1 min In the microwave
I start at 45 sec because my microwave heats fast. I don't know the nutrition facts... But I do know it's low calorie. You can put some fat free cool whip on top or some fat free caramel
