True Lemon (It's like Cyrstal lite but it's sweetned naturally with stevia)

Here's the flavors I've seen.

True Lemonade

True Lemon Ice tea

True Raspberry Lemonade.

I tried the Raspberry lemonade. Not bad.  Tastes close to crystal lite but it's all natural no artificial sweeteners.    It's 5 calories and 1 carb per serving.    I found it at Whole foods but I'm seeing that it's online cheaper.

Yes, and Crystal lite Pure the one they discontinued had 3 or 4 carb per serving.  This is only 1!  I didn't know they sell it at Wegmans.  I'll have to look again.  I live at Wegmans I should have known that.  lol

There's also something I did see at Wegmans called Stevita Lime (I think it comes cherry flavored too)  It's all natural also and no calories.

They also make True Lemon, True Lime, True Orange, etc. It's a flavor packet (not a drink mix) with crystalized fruit. It kinda looks like a splenda packet in size and shape. You can add the crystals to water and it tastes like you added a lemon wedge. It's very convenient. It's sold in the baking isle. I haven't tried the lemonade or other flavor drink mixes yet, but they look good! Hey, anything is better than the chemical crapstorm called 'Crystal Light'!

Yes what I'd like to know is why all these bariatric doctor preach drinking Crystal Light.  It is so artificial and bad for us!  Why don't doctors every tell u about the natural alternatives.  Crazy!

My guess is that docs and nuts advocate most things sugar free. I just can't do it though. It's not natural, it can be very unhealthy, and it can trigger sugar cravings. Aspartame is GMO! I'm FAR from perfect, and I have my vices, but I don't allow artificial sweeteners in my house. I guess everybody has to draw the line somewhere.

I used to be addicted to Rockstar energy drinks...the full sugar ones. That was terrible for me!!! Boy, have things changed since I adopted a cleaner diet (still not perfect). I admit, avoiding artificial sweeteners makes it very hard to be a bariatric patient! SO many things have artificial sweeteners! Even many things that are supposed to be made for us like chewable vitamins, bariatric shakes, etc. are FULL of chemical sweeteners. I just have to find alternatives

I also put these in yogurt -- particularly the True Lemon along with a tad of SF cheesecake pudding mix.  You end up with a bit of a lemony cheesecake tang.

I haven't seen the Lemonade -- Just True Lemon and True Lime  True Orange, and they also have a Mango Orange, but they are super sweetened like a real lemonade.  They are running a little promo on their site right now!

TYPO!  -- The true lemon, etc. is NOT super sweet!  I expect the True Lemonade would be the sweetened version!  Ohhh, they have even more flavors than the last time I visited their site!

drugstore.com has True Lemonade, True Raspberry Lemonade and True Lemon Ice Tea.  I just got emailed today 15% off today.  I had to follow a link and I stocked up on the lemonade and the rasberry lemonade from drugstore.com.  I didn't do the Ice Tea because I'm not good with caffeine.
