B:  Nothing but two cups of coffee (boooo, I know, but I got called in to work for 4 hours with no time to get anything together)

L:   Hamburger patty with blue cheese

D: Salad with chicken

S: Half a red pepper with sour cream/ranch mix dip

Vitamins right on track, probably slacked a little on the water today.
