I took a personal day yesterday and let's just say, eating and drinking in the mid morning/afternoon = hangover at 3pm, sleep till 7pm and woke until midnight.  I'm at work and slightly grumpy, lol.  I have NO idea what I'm eating/not eating.  All I know is I WANT a breakfast burrito, so luckily there was beef jerky in my purse.

B:  Beef Jerky
S:  Coffee; Carbmaster Yogurt (forgot how much I like that stuff)
L:  Luckily I have that this week Cilantro Chicken; Cabbage Soup
S:  Boiled Egg
D:  ???

Water:  6/12 Cups
Vitamins:  Nope
Exericse:  TBD

I am so thankful it's Friday.... My husband gets back in a few hrs (out of town since Monday)!
I started off with a great plan for the day. I was mid dog walk when the heavens decided to open up. Needless to say, unless it stops raining...my cardio is done for the day.
That prompted me to open my pantry out of boredom.... Peanut butter, peanuts, chex mix are not my friends!
B- 1egg with added egg whites, sausage crumbles and small amount of cheese
Coffee, sf creamer
S- 1/4c cheddar chex mix, 1/8 c peanuts, 1/2T peanut butter (damn it!)
L- shrimp 3oz, romaine 1/4c remoulade 1/2T
D- 3oz chicken breast, diced. 1/2 sweet pepper, 1/3 c cottage cheese with seasoning
S-body fortress protein drink in almond milk
X- 35min dog walk
W- good

S: Starbuck's grande Skinny Mocha

L:  pouch of Starkist Tuna Salad...WW cheese stick

S:  2 graham crackers

D: 3 oz Tyson diced chicken w/teriyaki sauce

S:  WW cheese stick

Exercise:  day off

Vitamins: Yep!

D: who knows!  The weather is gorgeous in NYC.  I'm going shopping with (and for) the hubby after work.  I'm hoping to find a delightful outdoor restaurant!

Heading down to Islamorada in the Florida Keys for the weekend. Fortunately there is plenty of fresh seafood to be had, unfortunately there is also lots of cold beer to be had. I will behave as much as possible but I might have to let my freak flag fly a little bit tomorrow.

B - Vanilla/Cinnamon/Coffee Protein Shake

L - Meatball and Salad (I tried a chicken wing and vomited up it and all the salad I ate)

S - May have another protein Shake

D - Not sure will be on the road, probably take some Turkey Jerky with me and eat some seafood or steak later tonight

W - Slow

V - not yet, but I will

E - Skipped out on the gym and will be on the road later, so I guess today will be a day of rest

TGIF! And I have 2 hours and 32 minutes left until I see freedom...Yay!!! broken heart Not sure if I'll be on here over the weekend, so a shout out to all you Mamas out there. Happy Mommy's Day!!!! I know one of my Mother's Day gifts already. The whole family is going to see the Maine State Ballet's production of Alice in Wonderland on Sunday. 

B: Chike shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and SF vanilla Cafe Al Fresco syrup (generic Torani)

S: Quest strawberry cheesecake bar

L: Chobani w/ SF caramel Cafe Al Fresco syrup, 1/4 c. blueberries

S: Packet of SF Great Value maple oatmeal, later a Monster Rehab energy drink (non-carbonated, 20 calories)

D: Fajita flavored chicken sausage, 1/4 c. rice pilaf, garden salad w/ FF Kraft Zesty Italian dressing

S: Chobani w/ SF caramel Cafe Al Fresco syrup, 1/4 c. blueberries, also a chai latte k-cup later in the evening

This plan still falls short of my calorie goals, so I'll try to add something in somewhere. 

Liquids: Good. 

Vits: Half done. 

Exercise: Off today. They added Saturday childcare at my gym so I'm hauling their butts there with me tomorrow morning. kiss

CAN'T wait to get out of my dark, freezing office into the fresh air!

B:  BA Chocolate shake/6 oz almond sugar free milk

L:  1/2 of small WAWA chicken salad (2.5 oz), ate the broth, chicken and veggies out of a small chicken noodle soup

S:  Either the other 1/2 of the chicken salad or fage greek yogurt with strawberry protein mix

D:  ??  Hubby not feeling good, but I'd love to go sit outside somewhere and eat.

V:  Done

W:  About 50 oz so far

E:  Something after work..maybe bike ride?
