Congratulations!
I had my VGS done on April 8th . . . I now walk 5+ miles a days, usually 2.5 in the morning and I go another 2.5 or more by 2pm.
Remember 70 gr Protein and no more than 30 gr Carbs . . . And hydrate!
No matter what anyone says Never Feel Like You Are Failing, You Do It ! even if its times of small loss , its still pounds loss! . . . You Can Do This!
I had to tell myself this especially after my 2nd post surgical appointment, I had discouraging comments from my doctor. He counted my clothes as my weight and told me I hadn't lost what he expected. Interesting he never informed me of what he expected as to weight drop per week/month. So be sure to ask this from your doctor so you know. My doctor said he expects 20 lbs a month, his assistant came in 10 minutes before him and said 12 to 15 lbs is good ... go figure. . . I was actually 3 lbs shy (if not counting clothing) and I received a poor review and hurt feelings. Stick to the clear broth and protein "Unjury" is a great one. Much Success To You!
