First off, that donut did not set you back that much, so shake it off. Second you ate it on what is really your "high carb" day, so you did it in the right context and you did it on kettlebell day so you certainly worked it off. In fact I would go as far as to say that donut might have been a nice little boost toward losing weight. JUST DONT DO IT AGAIN!

This is in your head. Its like someone who slows down as they approach first base or start to slow down before they cross the finish line. Pour it on! You will get there, just tell yourself who the boss is and that is YOU!

B - 3 eggs and 2oz of ham steak (probably really ate about 2 and it was not easy but I needed the protein)

L - Tuna Salad on a Low Carb Wrap

S - Protein Bar

D - Salmon and Salad

S - Casein Protein Drink

W - On track

V - taking them as I type, just swallowed a big one sideways and it hurt like hell

E - About to go for a short walk with my step father, running sprints this afternoon, then C25K Week 8 Day 3 tonight!

I just cannot do super low carb, when I do, I feel super crappy.  Just ate two cups of my organic popcorn to get some of my ***** back!

Ms. Shell, you can do it girl!  The past is past...live for today!

Wild trip to the store for dog food at 5:45am.
B: inside of a burger king breakfast burrito. Bad i know. I did toss the tortilla and hash browns.
L: meat and cheese from a lunchable.3/4 of a yoplait 100 gy.
D: I dont know...i am tired of chicken and dont like fish.

I know really bad for the cookie and brownie but I keep losing and I'm at goal trying to stop so I had a treat

* I have had really bad chest pain AKA acid reflux so no gym as I couldn't breath * much better today I can take a deep breath and lay down THANK GOD! Almost went to ER :(
