Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
As I live and LEARN and remind myself of certain behaviors I GROW. I am/was (working on NOT being) a self sabotager. Yup there I said it. And I have seen that when I set a WEIGHT related goal I freak up JUST before I see it and BACK TRACK about 3 pounds. Well this time has been NO different. I THOUGHT it would be. I mean I had been on "Operation 100%" for over a month with GREAT success so how could changing it to a weight goal REALLY MESS ME UP. Well IT didn't mess me UP I messed ME up. So I'm picking up the pieces of the scale going UP. At first I said I was going to change my goal to NONE WEIGHT. In hindsight I REFUSE to give up. My GOAL will remain a weight GOAL and damnit I will NOT sabotage myself!! I have a date THIS weekend with 209 and damnit I'm chasing 199!!
LOW carb today (goal 30g)
B: Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein)
S: Boiled Egg
L: Meatloaf; Asparagus
S: Boiled Egg
S: Protein Shake (Nectar; Speical K Pink Lemonade)
D: Pork Shoulder Country Style Ribs
Water: 6/16
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 4.5 miles

B: Spinach Mozzarella Chicken Sausage (I love the cheese that oozes out of these suckers, lol!)
S: I walked to Starbucks on break but realize lately, I prefer my own brewed "iced" blend over theirs so I just took the walk with my co-workers)
L: KFC spicy crispy chicken thigh & leg (I'm removing most of the "crispy"... too many calories!)
S: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
D: Habanero Jack Chicken Sausage w/mini sweet peppers
Water & Vits on track!
And since I'm a lazy ass, I'm going to walk over to my local CVS on break to get some walking in. I'll plug in my "beats" by Dr. Dre & get my walk on, get it!

I just discovered those chicken sausages at Sam's Club a couple weeks ago. Had half of one for lunch with my pea pods and hummus. So good! I am going to try all the flavors!

Last night at Meijer, you probably do not have that store where you are, but I found their brand and I am excited because they are a bit lower in calorie, 130 and have mostly the same ingredients. The ones I got at Sams were Asiago and spinach and were I think 140 or 160, hope I like the 130 ones. Excited to have a quick gluten free, low cal, low fat, already cooked meat on hand.

Jenn, where do you buy the Spinach Mozz chicken sausage and what brand is it? Sounds delish and I want to try it!!

Bistro Sensations from Wal-Mart but looks like Sam's Club sells them too. They are yummy!!! If you like spicy, try the Habanero Monterey Jack flavor. There is also another cheesy one with artichoke & garlic. Someone compared it to pizza. I gotta try that next! They are so filling & at 120 calories, we cannot go wrong!!!
