B: Chike iced coffee shake made w/ unsweetened almond milk and SF Hazelnut Torani
S: Low-fat strawberry yogurt
L: Quest cookie dough protein bar
S: Handful of almonds
D: Morningstar Farms pizza burger patty w/ a veggie of some sort on the side
S: Chobani w/ SF preserves, maybe a ham/cheese roll-up too
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Gym tonight. Cardio + strength training and the sauna
B: egg salad made with cottage cheese
S: Quest peanut butter jelly bar
L: grilled chicken, green beans, some tomato
D: the rest of the egg salad
Water: working on 6th cup now. Been getting 16 cups in most days
Vits in but forgot my darn pepcid for a few days and man can I feel the burn
Going to walk at lunch and Jazzercise tonight

L: salmon with fire roasted tomatoes, shallots and sauteed spinach.
S: unsweetened apple sauce with unjury protein
D: ??? Never completed food shopping this weekend. I have tons of produce, no protein! I'll figure something out!
V: Calcium and b12 done, still have to take multi's
W: Done about 50 oz so far
E: Went to Zumba last night....loved it! Tonight treadmill and then get my butt back on the couch to finish writing a paper :(
Donuts were not exactly the kind of carbs I was thinking on high carb day. Damn Coworkers? Damn self control! Tsk Tsk Tsk. Oh well it is high carb day and you are going to TEAR it UP tonight!

D - Not sure yet, but I am thinking some lean meat and salad, need a fiber boost today
S - Casein Protein Drink (even though I really do not like Casein, its so thick
W - On track
V - Yep for 1/2 of them, still have 1/2 to take of my extra supplements
E - 2 hours at the gym this morning for legs/back/biceps, C25K tonight (see how well my legs do after squats this morning)
On the way to the gym- Unsweetened almond coconut milk and chocolate splendor protein shake
B: Protein Oatmeal- Apples n Cinnamon
S: Homemade Spicy chick peas
L: 2oz Cajun grilled chicken/broccoli
S: Protein shake (chicken soup or mint cookie, not sure yet)
D: 2oz grilled chicken/1/4 greens
Water: 5 so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 30 min elliptical/15 min treadmill/10 min weights
