ONE of my most favorite days!! Popeyes =) so my first goal as part of Operation Chasing 199 is to get to 209-207 by Friday. I have my menu planned. I have my workout schedule planned. The ONLY thing standing in my way would be ME. So I'm getting out my own way and achieving this FIRST goal!!
B: Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach; Kale; Banana; PB2; Flax)
S: Coffee; Atkins Oatmeal Square
S: Old Fashioned Glazed (damn coworkers)
L: Meat Loaf; Asparagus
S: Boiled Egg
D: Popeyes Leg & Thigh

Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 45 min TRX and maybe some Kettlebells after (never did TRX before so dunno)

I'm such a dork but I plan to go pick up the new plastic tumbler that they have at Starbucks. It's a new style & it's cute (see what a dork I am?!?!)
B: Chicken thigh (wow, restriction is a little tighter in the morning, it took me a while to fini****)
S: mini sweet peppers w/LC cream cheese wedge
L: Salad at this new place near work but not sure which salad yet...
S: maybe a Quest Bar
D: Spinach with Mozzarella Chicken Sausage (I'm trying a new flavor today)

Not sure if the pic will show but here is the venti one. Comes in another color too. There is also a grande size that can be seen on their website. Some guy in front of me told me not to waste my money on a tumbler but I gave him a look like WTF?!?! He has no idea I use my plastic starbucks tumbler all day long!!!

I ate like a PIG all weekend. Went on a camping trip and mostly ate snack foods of the BAD variety...ugh. Minor set back, got myself to the gym last night and planned to go at work today but forgot my gym bag at home >( Tomorrow is a new day for fitness!
Oh, also was supposed to go to NJ for work today but found out I got left behind so I don't have ANY meals planned or food brought with me AND going out tonight. GRR. When life gives you lemons...mix with VODKA! haha
B: quest bar banana nut muffin
L: ordering a greek salad with grilled chicken. The place I order from has HUGE salads so I'll save half for tomorrow :)
D: going to a photography class with a girlfriend tonight so we're eating mexican before for dinner. Not sure what I'll order yet, they have "deconstructed" burritos so maybe I'll just order the fillings sans rice.
S: no snacks for me today! I had enough this weekend.
