Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Today is my support group meeting day and until recently I had promised myself that I would stay under 105 lbs. on this third Wednesday of the month. It has been one of the very important ways in which I keep myself focused in maintenance. Recently, my trainer has sharply increased my weights and over a few months time, I have gained about 2.5 pounds. I am certain that it's muscle weight and not fat as my clothes fit the same or better. However, this still plays with my mind. This will be the first time that I have not made the 105 lbs. number. I am 107.6 today.
B: two eggs
L: southwestern soup
S: egg and cottage cheese salad stuffed celery
D: bowl of soup at our local BBQ restaurant where we meet before the support group if Christina orders it for me. I get there too late to order. If she forgets, I will have a quest bar in my purse for an emergency.
1: three egg whites fried in scant Pam, three turkey sausage links
2: .5 cup 1% cottage cheese, one turkey sausage link
3: three RF string cheese sticks, one tomato slice (gonna slice the cheese and layer it over the tomato, then nuke it all)
4: 3 oz skinless rotisserie dark-meat chicken, two LC RF cheese wedges, .25 c spinach if I can
water and vitamins: catching up -- rough day of having to have dog euthanized etc etc
exercise: bike and stairs
Thanks. As bad a day as we're having here, I know someone who's having a worse one. My friend in TX has a 12yo son who was just diagnosed with brain cancer two nights ago after being sick for days. They removed most of the tumor today, and now there will be 8 weeks of radiation therapy.
Everything's relative. :-/
Loving operation 100%! I need to get my butt in line with that too. Went out to dinner last night and def. ate more than I should. I didn't feel sick, it all went down fine actually but I know I am pushing the limits. Today is a bad day too because I spent half the day in NJ with an account and forgot protein snacks for breakfast. Also, lunch was not protein filled : urgh.

L: a bit of hummus with some finn crisp crackers and also a TJ's brie wedge. Crappy, I know.
S: Probably half a quest bar before working out
D: I think I'm going to make a "skinny" or WW quiche recipe for dinner. I'm sick of everything and there's no meat in the house!
S: SF popsicle
Fluid: not good today
Vits: need two more
X: going to do treadmill or elliptical at work before heading home to do weights with the hubby
