Today I am feeling very motivated and optimistic about my journey! The last month has not been good for me as far as workouts go. Diet has been hit or miss. I got serious about both yesterday. Like Ms. Shell I have decided I MUST go 100 percent. No Excuses. I despite my bad month I was able to keep my weight down so that makes me happy! I was a little nervous to face the scale (it had been about a week and this weekend was not good at all).

B: Ricotta Bake
L: Salad with grilled chicken
D: Not sure yet! Will stay OP though.

Water is something I have decided I MUST fix. I drank a ton of water preop and now almost 6 years out I still struggle with water postop. My sleeve just doesn't seem to like it. Yesterday after my hike I brought my camelbak (holds 100 ounces) into the office and was shocked when I finished it throughout the day! 100 ounces! That never happens! SO I am trying that again today.

I did a hour long hike this morning and will go to Pure Barre this afternoon.

Have a great day everyone!
