Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Cool! Anything that is tasty is good. I have found lately that my problem is that I get sick of the things I am making, they seem to keep falling into the same flavor patterns. I have been buying new spices and spice blends lately trying to come up with some new stuff. I make really good Thai food so I have been trying to find ways to pull those flavors into other dishes I make like this weekend I will be experimenting with a Thai green curry turkey chili. Last night I made Taco Stew which is basically a low carb taco soup recipe that I thickened the broth to a gravy consistency and added cauliflower, yellow squash, zucchini, and broccoli slaw. It is really good.
B: 2 eggs - overhard is my preference
S - Syntrax protein shake with crystal light
L - ground beef
D - chicken breast with tomatoes
Dessert - (if needed - ****tail peanuts)
Water - 20oz down - 80oz to go
Vitamin - done
Exercise - 30 min treadmill ( couch 2 5K - week 1 -day 3) and 30 min circuit training at planet fitness
