Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Operation 100% is in full effect!!! So yesterday I did my 1 mile treadmill warm up and met with my Personal Trainer. We went over my menu and talked. He talked about a childhood friend who is on a mission for his health and he drove up from San Diego just to chill for a couple days. NORMALLY he said they go out for Mexican some drinks etc, but THIS time his friend BROUGHT his food with him, cooked it and had the containers to store his premade meals in it. So yeah exercise without being on your diet 100% is just exercise and you won't ULTIMATELY get the results you want. I am reminded this because I have a friend who works out like a FIEND and eats like one too, I've known her 2 years and she's been the same weight and is not fat but she's pudgy and "says" she wants to lose weight but doesn't apply that to her eating.

I am trying your southwestern soup tomorrow & sooo looking forward to it. I was never really a soup person before surgery but now that I get colder, I have been craving it. The lean turkey chili is awesome!!! I've been seeing people post on here about it so I had to try it. I've never made tuna salad with black olives & artichokes (but I love both) so this was a yummy change to switch things up; so filling, delicious & low fat/cal/carb. Thank you Elina!!!
