Well I was at the gym at 5:00 Am

 

B- 2.5oz of Steak with Asparagus

S- 6 whole Strawberries

L- Chicken Salad w/ Low fat Olive Oil Light Dressing

S- Cheese and Pep toppings from 2 slices ( I know not best choice, but it smelled really good)

D- Protein Shake

S- Protein Shake (maybe)

Liquids-40+oz

Exercise-1 hour Elliptical

Vits- None cool

B 1cup multigrain Cheerios with milk,sugar and 1/2 banana

S. Oikos Greek yogurt

L. 1 cup Manhattan clam chowder and English muffin

S. Few gum drops

D. 3-4 oz meatball with mashed potatoes

S. Frozen yyogurt

water 10 cups
