Well I was at the gym at 5:00 Am
B- 2.5oz of Steak with Asparagus
S- 6 whole Strawberries
L- Chicken Salad w/ Low fat Olive Oil Light Dressing
S- Cheese and Pep toppings from 2 slices ( I know not best choice, but it smelled really good)
D- Protein Shake
S- Protein Shake (maybe)
Liquids-40+oz
Exercise-1 hour Elliptical
Vits- None
