Sitting is kind of a pain the butt...

Just a random vent...

Sitting is a pain in my arse. If I lean back too far, it puts too much pressure on my tailbone and it hurts. If I sit straight up, I'm sitting on my pelvic bones. There's like NO padding. I have always had a flat butt, but dude! I can sit a little forward, but I'm still stabbing myself with my pelvis and pulling on my back.

Sigh... grrrrr. Must go see chiro this week too because all that pressure has my hips slightly out of whack.

Oh, skinny girl problems... I shouldn't complain, but REALLY.

WHOA - skinny girl you are - look at the incredible weight loss - double century century club - over 200 pounds. NICE! At the beginning I had the tail bone issue but it resolved itself - don't know why but Im happy it did. Looks like your gonna have to exercise your butt muscles to pump em up a bit to relieve the pressure. - lol. kiss

LOL. Yeah, the tailbone thing happened and resolved itself twice before as things redistributed. I just hope it does again because the pelvic pressure SUCKS. Thankfully, my office chair is padded!

I had this problem when I was fatter too (I have a special gift for injuring myself!).  I sat on a concrete bench during a church picnic instead of playing softball (because I thought I'd injure myself playing ball!).  And it took a while to resolve.  Even my doc said that people my size usually don't end up with that problem because they are so well padded!

I ended up buying a Tempurpedic seat cushion from Brookstone -- this was back before everyone else made memory foam.  It was maybe $100 bucks, but was the only way I could sit on our dining room chairs, bleachers, etc.  for several weeks.

Good luck!

Weird how this just happened to be about 1-2 months ago AFTER I stopped losing weight.  I still have some cushion left so what gives?  Yeah, skinny gurl problems for sure.  I'll take it too!!!

I'm pretty sure my fat just moves around as it sees fit. Right now, I'd be happy for some of the belly fat to move to my butt though. Sheesh!

I also have this pain, Driving a vehicle was killing me. I went to CVS and purchased a ****yx pad and it works great. I drove from New Orleans to Orlando recently, and had no problems. It was around $20.00. I recently purchased a second one for my wife's vehicle.
